MICHIGAN SERVICE I am extremely frustrated with VOICESTREAM!!!! When I signed up with them, (September 15, 2000) and I blindly agreed to their "crystal clear" service. What was I thinking? I used to have Ameritech, now (Cingular)..atleast I could hear the people I spoke to. I would honestly not have a problem if they would fix the problem. I didn't have so many problems until March/April. Every time I call someone, I cannot hear anything he or she is saying. It is ridiculous. Not only do I not hear them but I have to call them back several times. My calls are dropped ATLEAST 10 times a day..basically every time I call someone..in the beginning and in the middle of conversations. I am so disappointed with their service. The customer representatives are polite and they understand what I am going through so they credit my account. ..guess what happens..the credit is denied. They give me minutes but most of the time the minutes don't post.. ..guess what I have to do again..call them back ...they won't take money off of my bill so I am stuck paying for the overcharge. I have spent so much time calling them over and over again..I should NOT have to do that. I am very upset and want to get this taken care of immediately, Currently, my bill is $325...I would pay but I NEVER received the service I signed up for. If this is not taken care of, I am going to file complaints.... consumer fraud.
