Copiers / Printers - Xerox WorkCentre M950 trouble with machine, sent refurbished replacements

I purchased a Xerox WorkCentre M950 in April 2001. I won't go into detail about the trouble I had with it but Zerox sent me a replacement machine in June – a used replacement I might add. The replacement starting giving me trouble shortly after I received it. They sent a "fix" for one of the problems but that only fixed one of the problems (different problems that experienced with the first machine) and are now planning to send me a 2nd replacement. In addition, their warranty only applies to NEW purchases, so with each replacement, my one year waranty is shortened because of their policy to send "refurbished" machines.
