(Note: a user registration is required before posting e-messages to the Complaints.com site.) _____________________ I have several complaints about the GE appliances we have in our 2 year old home. We bought a Model home with all the top of the line, GE Profile appliances already installed. During our first year we had the GE service man here three times to fix the GE Microwave oven, two times to fix the same problem with our GE washer; one time to fix our GE dishwasher and now today, to fix our GE Profile model #JTP56WDWW double ovens.
I find it so frustrating that the control panel on this $2000.00 oven has already broken. I am in a brand new development of homes and several neighbors also mentioned they already had this same problem with their GE ovens.
I am definitely going to complain to the management at GE, and also the Better Buisness Bureau. I just want to alert anyone out there considering purchasing the GE Profile lineup of products to be "Aware", and do your homework before purchasing anything "GE". GE brings Aggravation to Your Life.
Has anyone else had issues with their GE Appliances? How would your average consumer "know"if there have been an unusual number of product failures with GE? What other recourse do I have? Thank you, Nancy Stewart
