RE: nbci - What do you think?

I am in the process of filing an investigation against NBCi for false advertisement and I think HomeStead.com is linked to it indirectly. They said users could have 500 free meg storage giving the impression that it would be for life. Then they later say terms of service allow them to do anything. But I personally never agreed to allow false advertisement.

This is against the law, so their contract and terms of service is void, in my opinion. What they did was say that users get 500 meg free storage then later indirectly use Homestead to charge them for what was given for free. I personally would have never used the storage if I knew this before. My business was turned off and damaged by them. What are your thoughts? Thank you. Yours truly,

S. Enterprize Co.
