Telephones, MCI WorldCom trouble with pre-paid phone service customer service

On 5/13/01 I purchased a mciworldcom phone. I could not find cards to purchase before my 60 days were up. So finnally this Friday I went to purchase a different brand phone. They were out of the phone I wanted. I decided to ask if they carried the cards for the mci phone.
Wow they did, I was happy . Until I added the min. into my phone. After I was done following every procedure I was told, I preceded to follow step 4 in the booklet that came with phone.
The phone flashed not enough $$, So I tried to call customer service, do you thinkl I could get a real person? In the last two days I have called their 800# six times have been on hold for 20 min. or better each call and always told after holding forever that my call could not be processed and then I am disconnected. I am out $30.00 for the air time, store of purchase said I would have to take it up with mciworldcom. I still have the reciept for the phone but can not return it for I have had it for 90 days.
I have never been so disapointed with a product. Does this company have a phone number that is not 800 and does anyone have a mailing address. I will not try to contact them through their 800 # anymore. It is too stressfull. I have emailed them at cellease.com I can get no response.
I would like to know how to get my money back. I know the price of the phone and the card is only about $100.00 but I work hard for my money and I dont like to be taken! Any help greatly appreciated.
