Dear Sirs;

 

My mom got me a cell phone through worldcom wireless for my birthday. It was suppose to be active when it got here. It was not we are presently being billed for a cell phone that does not work. No service my mom has been on the phone with them for 2 days to get it to work.Still no service M C I needs to think of thier customers and get their act together.

 

This is shotty service at best they tell you tommorow and it never comes with them.I'm sendind my cell phone back to them and they can stuff it were the sun don"t shine.The best part is the list your internet address for help I rather Gget a tracphone now to many bad expreinces with providers that don"t live up to thier promises are just plain bad business!
