A company that offers warranties called Warranty USA owes me over three hundred dollars on a refund that is now five months old. They offer warranties for automobiles that go past the factory warranty. Because of modifications to my car I asked for a refund and received a letter dated 3/2/01 stating my refund would be handled in 15 business days.
They have given my three different dates since then and continue to blame a "new system" for the delay the new system is now four months old.
