301 610-5083 I signed an agreement with the above-mentioned company on January 12, 2001, to repair my roof. The job was done and I paid as agreed. In May 2001, while I was out of the country, the roof started to leak again in the same exact spot that was repaired. My daughter called Mr. Art Parker, the owner of the Art of Roofing and informed him. He told my daughter that he would come over but apparently he never did. In July when I returned home, my daughter told me that Mr. Art Parker did not come as promised.

I called him again and Susie, who works in his office, told me she will pass on the message to Mr. Parker. He still did not show up until September. Meanwhile, the roof continued to leak. I then decided to write to him and sent the letter by certified mail. The very day he received the letter, Susie called my home to fix an appt. with me and Mr. Parker also called that he will come by, which he did. I was not home but he left his calling card. He did not do anything about the roof. I called him on Friday, September 14 and he told me that he had inspected the roof. He told me that the roof was leaking from another area that he had not worked on. I would like Mr. Parker to refund the amount of $1,250 that I paid him for the repairs to my roof immediately. I would appreciate whatever help you can offer in this matter. Thanks. Eleanor H. George
