Internet Auction - uBid.com late delivery, but no notification
late delivery uBid From: Date: Wednesday, September 12, 2001 05:59 PM I contacted ubid after I ordered a sander and it was hung up by fedex in Memphis for over a week (and still there as of 12th of Sept, delivery date was the 6th). Did they reply? Of course not. Is thsi good customer service? Hell no. I will no longer do business with them.
I was debating on it anyway because I suspect that they may have someone that bids the price up on items so when you add shipping, an outragous charge anyway, it cost as much as you would buy in the store. However, if a business does not respect its customers enough to get back to them and help them out, then they are not worth dealing with.
