Date: Tuesday, September 11, 2001 03:10 PM Sent To: Email User 9/11/2001 3:10:53 PM On July 5, 2001 I purchased a refurbished Sharp Camcorder VL-H860U from Ubib with a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. As soon as I got it I try charging the battery without success I bought another battery and it would not charge either, so I took it on July 10, 2001 to Sharp's authorized service center SEH Electronics in Miami.

They told me the problem was the AC Adaptor. Sharp does not send a new one just the parts to fix it, finally they fixed it, tested and still had problems, so the service center determined the Camera needed a New Main Board, but the new board is on back rde.

 

So far the camara has been in SHarp's service ccenter for two months and I have no Camara.

I think Sharp should fix it NOW or give me a new one NOW.

 

I have been patient but I paid for a product that was supposse to work and it doesn't please help me make Sharp understand that customers are won by good service, as it is now I will never buy or recommend a Sharp product again! Thanks, Jose
