A few days after receipt, I began using the product. After three months, I had noticed no change or benefit. I had ordered this product because it had a money back guarantee.

I followed all of the requirements of the money back guarantee and still they deny refunding my money because I didn't start their product the day I received it (it doesn't say in the policy that you have to). Does their product work? It didn't for me. Will you get your money back if it does not? Evidently not, even if you follow their specifications.
