Date: Saturday, July 14, 2001 10:30 AM The Mars Music store #6 in Tampa Florida, part of a large musical instrument dealership chain has been remiss at solving consumer problems. They have had in their possession for over 7 months a defective guitar that I have paid for , also have paid a set-up fee and for a replacement part.

These people are callous and neglegent in their buisness dealings, they are un-willing to solve the problem or deal with the situation. I had been a loyal customer and had made several purchases, yet the first sign of a real problem and you are shoved to the back row, how convenient.

I can't remember when I have witnessed such poor customer service, I think these kind of rip-off buisness dealings should be delt with on a criminal level and not a civil one. So beware while corporate shopping in the music industry, try to use your small local music stores, you may have to pay a little more but it will be worth it in the long run.
