RE: WAYNE COUNTY FORD HONESDALE, PA POOR SERVICE
Tuesday, 9/4/01 I started on my 35 mile ride to work - my car lost power and stopped running. I purchased my vehicle from Wayne County Ford on June 30, 2001 - paid in full. In July I had to take my vehicle in for repair - they replaced the radiator. At that time service was paid in full. Considering I had this vehicle two months I had the vehicle towed to Wayne County Ford for repair Tuesday.
Complaint - When I asked when they would look at the car Howie, the owners son, said Wednesday. Then Wednesday when I called Howie said, "we'll get to it when we get to it". These -- people didn't look at my car until Thursday. Then they didn't DO anything to my car until SATURDAY morning. We live in the country - we have no public transportation. When I phoned Saturday to find out if I can pick up my car Howie, said he would call me back with the total and I owned him for the last repair. Needless to say I had to provide them with my canceled check to prove they were paid in July for the radiator!
These people have NO customer service skills. I will never do business with Wayne County Ford, 416 Main Street in Honesdale, Pennsylvania either for repair or to purchase another vehicle from them. Anyone in Northeastern Pennsylvania I suggest you do the same should you appreciate customer service and CONSIDERATION.
These people deserve the golden star ... (O)!!
