Complaints.com received the following on October 8, 2003:

I KEEP ON CONACTING THEM AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID INORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND, I HAD NO SALES AND THEY GUARANTEE IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK. I had requested several times for them to close my account. I have not been active for over a year and noticed that they have been billing me alll this time.
Normally when you tell someone you want to close your account, Thats exactly what you get. This didn't happen for me. I tryed contacting them on the Phone and they will not answer me or call me back.
I have my original reply Just from them saying they would not close my account and would help me get started and I replied again stating just what I wanted. (OUT) By the way I havn't sold or even tryed to sell anything sinse the first month I,ve told them to cancel my account. Do they think People should just give them money.
