My complaint is with a company that I thought was a legitimate company on the web at Bagbud.com. They market designer purses such as Louis Vouitton etc. What they fail to inform you on their catalog pages is that the bags are replicas. The only way to know this is by searching in their policy page.
Once an item has been ordered you the customer do not exist anymore, in my experience. Their Customer Service phone # is an answering service with the mailbox continuously full, also, in my experience. An item cannot be returned for any refund and an order cannot be canceled what so ever, in my experience.
I tried calling the company, sending e-mails and even called the company that takes the orders on the web www.mypaysystem.com within minutes of placing an order and all were failed attempts.
