RE: Ramadi Inn, Kennedy Space Center Hotel, Titusville, FL - reserved room for $ 47 a night - charged $ 63 a night My mother made a reservation for me at the Ramadi Inn Kennedy Space Center at 3500 Cheney Highway, Titusville, Florida 32790 for three nights.

I called and put the reservation in my name, confirmed the price of the hotel room for $47.00 a night with the discount, and I got a confirmation number. My husband went in and gave the clerk our confirmation number. We get back home to Atlanta, Georgia, and I looked at the receipt and this hotel charged us $63.00 a night. I talked to the manager about this, and he wouldn't do anything. The owner has been avoiding me. I put in a complaint about the money and bad sanitary conditions that I noticed, and the hotel lied and said that we made a reservation for 4 nights and when we changed it back to 3 nights and this took our price up to $63.00 a night.

The department of hotels and restaurants checked them out and said that they have some sanitary problems that have to be fixed; this was even more reason why I should have got the money back, but the Department of hotels and restaurants did nothing about our situation.
