I tried to access my credit report on line and was DENIED access even though all information was provided and CORRECT. In addition to the above circumstances I was asked to pay $3.75 for a copy of same.
It was my understanding, as per my "Congressman" that I would be able to secure this report "online" and because I live in New Jersey the report available on a first time basis and once yearly would be free.
Why are you denying me access?
