I bought close to 2000.00 worth of electronics from best buy. After they sold us something they didn't have. Resold us something they did have only to find out they didn't have half of it, Three hours later we were in the parking lot and they had done the transaction incorrectly not setting up a free delivery that they then charged us $1.00 for we finally got to leave. Part of the gift was a present for my daughter.

A memory stick for her camera. It was the wrong size and she didn't get to take it back until a week after her sisters wedding because we were pretty busy with that. WE have the receipt and yet Best wouldn't issue a store credit, cash back, or anything because it was 6 days past the 30 day period.

Now as luck would have it I didn't pack the receipt in the bag with the present but I did have it and it was not even opened!!!!! Please warn people don't buy gifts for people there because they will not even issue a store credit when the item isn't even opened if it is passed 30 days.

I send gifts to ships all the time because I have 3 kids and 2 son in laws in the Navy. I wouldn't dare buy anything for them at BEST BUY. I have never been treated by a store so shabbily and I'm 45 so that says a lot.
