On Sunday Sept 28th I ordered "On Line" a Small Business Inspiron 5150 fully loaded for $2,800 plus change. The computer was delivered last week.

 

The web sight advertised a $200 rebate if I ordered by the end of the weekend which I did. My "Packing Slip" shows nothing in that regard. Thus my rebate form would be rejected.

 

I E-mailed Customer Care (Dell reference# 2493K351YKAQM6E) but did not get a response. Thus I called Customer Care direct but could find nothing about the rebate. The reason I ordered this machine on short notice was the rebate offer. I assumed the advertisement was valid and correctly represented Dell sales efforts.
