RE: Countrywide Insurance - trying since August, 2003 to resolve supposed lapse in insurance issue

 

Insurance issue was told by Countrywide that we had a lapse in insurance.Charged us 1000 for insurance we already have. Been trying to resolve since August. Faxed the the copies of old/new policies showing no lapse in coverage.

 

To 5 different people with no results to date. and we send or normal payment but they return it saying not enough funds.

 

This is a terrible company to deal with in my experience.
