Complaints.com received the following on October 29, 2003:

I ordered a costume from them, and was left to guess the status of my order for days on end. I emailed them to cancel my order, and have received no response.
When i tried to call their contact number (which is a long distance call) to cancel, I received a busy signal, or ended up getting disconnected each and every time I called.
When the automated system attempted to connect me to a live person, a cancellation destination, or a destination to leave contact information; I received a message stating that my call had been terminated.
The ecostumes.com "staff" appears to be uncaring in my experience.

Last year I ordered a costume from ecostumes.com. For a $50 costume it was very poor quality! It wasn't even made of the material advertised and the zipper broke when I put it on.
