Dear complaints.com, I went to Blinds To Go here in Willow Grove, PA on Rt 611 and ordered blinds for a small bedroom window. The cost was 245.00 dollars for the total order. ON the 20th of October my blinds were ready, so went to pick them up and brought them home to put them up on the window, After installing all the parts I went to put the slats on. Get to the last three slats and there are no more slats in the order. order was short three slats.
OK so now my window is not completely covered in this bedroom, so you can see in from the outside, I called blinds to go and the woman there told me the rest of the order would be in on Wednesday same week. I was happy that they could be there so quickly, some Wednesday the blinds are NOT there. Woman who worked there told me they would now be in on Saturday. I go there that Saturday and the blinds STILL ARE NOT THERE.
She tells me they wont be in until next Tuesday now. IN the mean time my windows have NO window covering on them to cover the full window.
So all through this whole ordeal I have been calling customer service and the store where I purchased them and every time I would announce my complaint of how I felt with my windows not covered completely they would tell me they are busy and they would call me back, they DID NOT want to hear my complaint, I am still waiting for the customer service woman by the name of INDY to call me back which she promised to do many times.
I am still waiting for the blinds and still waiting on INdy to call me. Every time I do call the store or customer service you get and answering machine that says they are not at the desk at the moment and to leave a message. How many messages does one customer have to leave to get a call back.
