Hampton Inn, Pideon Forge, TN - requests for another key and shower cap were ignored

My family and I had reservations at the Hampton Inn in Pigion Forge Tenn. for Monday October 27th thru Wednesday October 29th. When I checked into the motel on Monday a blonde haired lady named Trudy was at the desk. She was very discourteous.

I asked her for another key and she just ignored my request. I asked her for a shower cap at a later hour and again she ignored my request and said to another staff member get her a shower cap. I have been staying at Hampton Inns for 16 years many times a year and was very disappointed to find this calibur of a person working there.

I have never encounted this type of behavior before at a Hampton Inn. It turned what was supposed to be a pleasent few days with my family into a stressful time. Kindly answer my letter and let me know what you think of this matter. Thank you.
