RE: AT&T Wireless - AT&T Wireless expects payment for $900 fradulent order

In July, someone fraudulently ordered two expensive cellphones and had them delivered to an address in Philadelphia. AT&T insists we must pay them $900 for these phones, despite the fact that they sent them to an address other than my own. I don't think it's fair that AT&T expects that I'll pay for someone else's fraud, and attempts to rectify this have been stonewalled, and my attempts to speak to anyone who'll be able to actually rectify this situation have also been stonewalled. I was told I have to file a claim with FEDEX, the company that delivered the phones...a ridiculous notion, considering that FEDEX apparently did exactly what AT&T paid them to do, which is deliver these phones to the address on the box. They refuse to remove the charges, despite their idiotic assertion that my wife called them, changed our billing address, and then had two expensive phones mailed to an unknown address in north Philadelphia, and then called to change the address back when we didn't receive our August bill. We can't pay 900 dollars out for two phones, we're a young couple on a budget, and they're threatening our credit if we don't pay, which morally I feel we are obligated NOT to do.
