Comcast, Chicago IL - Comcast subcontractors have cut lines 4 times in the last 4 months

Alert to all Chicago comcast customers. Comcast has cut my lines 4 times in the last 4 months. And I am a PAYING customer. I finally talked to my technician and found out the REAL problem.

I was told that Comcast pays subcontractors to cut cable lines so that they can cut off people stealing their service. EXCEPT that they are cutting everyone's lines, regardless of being a customer or NOT.

These SUBCONTRACTORS get paid per disconnect so they DON'T care if you are a legal customer or NOT. I had 4 orange tags on my cable lines outside that says I am a legal customer and my lines SHOULD NOT be cut. It didn't matter, they were sitll cut on 4 different occasions.

And each time I had to have a technician come out and fix it. Each time, my service was down for 8 days.
