Dear Sir;
I never thought of writing and complaining of service but when I saw this web page I felt I had to. Tim Hortons has always been one of my favorites but this summer we found one that really was very poor in comparison with all other T.H.'s While on a flight we had a wait at the Calgary airport. we went to the T.H.'s there ordered 2 ham and swiss sandwiches and 2 diet Sprite or 7-up.
We got our sandwiches and that was all that was one a dry bun, ham and swiss.
We asked for mustard or something for them and were told "no got". When I tasted my drink I realized it was not diet,I returned and asked for a diet 7-up and she gave me 2 diet colas, I said no and asked for 2 bottles of water out of the drink case .I was told "no key" and was given 2 glasses of tap water for the same cost as 2 pop.
The waitress would not return my money because she had to throw out the pop we did not want. I realize this is an isolated incident but this place should really be looked into .thank you for the rest of the great Tim Horton Restourants.
