Capital One Visa card - charged multiple overlimit fees

I have a Capital One Visa card. I was very careful not to go over the $300 credit limit, but was charged BY CAPITAL ONE a little under $3 in service charges which put me over the limit.

Then they charged me a $29 overlimit fee on Oct. 7, which put me more over the limit and they charged another $29 overlimit fee on Oct. 8.
