Best Buy, Roanoke, VA - returned defective laptop two days after purchase - paid 15% restocking fee

The Best Buy I made my purchase at was in Roanoke Virginia.

I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy, it would lose the modem string command everytime I turned it off- this is 2 days after purchase.

I returned it told them I wanted to buy a more expensive one they said that is fine but you'll have to pay a 15% re stocking fee. I told them to keep their merchandise and have not been back since. I lost money with no way to recoup it.
