I purchased candy on ebulkcandy.com on 09-24-03. They deducted from my paypal and I have not received any shipment, any receipt, any shipping info...even though I have repeatedly tried to contact them. Their address is a P.O. box, their phone, an answering machine.
I will contact paypal and my credit card establishment to resolve this, but everyone should be aware of the problem with them before ordering.
