Commissioner:

I am writing you requesting in problem I am having in getting service on a Hayward pool heater manufactured by Hayward pool products,900 Fairmount Ave. Elizabeth N.J.07207 which is involved in a recall.

I purchased the heater from Brothers pool co. 250 Main St. Yalesvill Ct. on May 28, 03 at a cost of $1,143.85 and had it installed by Quinnipiac Valley Energy for $335.15 plus propane tank rental.

I purchased the heater to extend the use of the pool season which was not possible due to lack of service promised by Hayward.

I contacted Hayward Pool products @ 888-429-9273 on Aug. 25, when I became aware of the recall and again Sept.26 and each time I was told service would be done soon.

since they have not responded in any way I sent an email thru there web site @ www.haywardnet.com requesting in addition to repairing the unit I also receive a rebate or return authorization and full refund of all expenses involving the heater.

I thank you in advance for any assistance you may render in rectifying this matter
