RE: Dish Network, Jacksonville, FL - charged for not returning equipment on time - but equipment was returned on time I was charged for not returning my dish network equiptment in time, when in fact the products were returned in a timely fashion. In the meantime I was charged $471.50 on July 29 and $71.27 on July 30 which resulted in my bank account having NSF.
I would like to have Dish Network refund me the $471.50, $71.27, and the cost of my NSF charges. As a result of Dish taking the money out of my account, with no notification, I was out close to $700. I would hope there is something Dish can do to resolve this issue. I have contacted Dish Network and their parent company EchoStar and stated my claim.
I have provided documentation that proves they were in error and they have not resolved the claim. I have put my bank in contact with Echostar and they are refusing to call myself and the bank back. I have a letter documenting each transaction and proving the error was in Dish's favor and they still have not resolved the claim. Regards, Sean Murphy
