RE: Comfort Inn, Killington, CT - check-in assistance not friendly - alarm clock broken - unable to get wakeup call

Dear Choice Hotels International I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Killington, CT. I have stayed at Choice Hotels about 25 times before, and never had a problem. However, this time was different.

It started wtih the lady at the front desk whom was not pleasent at all. After we checked into our room, we went out with some friends. Upon arriving back at the room, we discovered that the alarm clock was broken...this was at about 11pm.

No big deal, we thought...well just get a wake up call. However, when i called the front desk, no one answered. I then saw a sign that said that there is no one on staff after 10pm. Since the wakeup calls are not computerized, we could not get a wakeup call.
