We have been customers of Sprint long distance for many years. Recently I changed our local and long distance service from Verizon to Sprint. I was told that monthly fee would be $55.99 per month plus a 3.00 International Plus fee and taxes.
When I received the bill I discovered numerous fees including a network access surcharge for $5.94. I did not make the change suddenly, but spoke with many "customer service" people and questioned the exact charges. At no time was this fee ever mentioned. Is this a valid fee?
