Deer Creek Products, Pompano Beach, FL - paid for order 4 months ago - haven't received order - can't get any satisfactory answers from anyone

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 8, 2002:

I have emailed, written and called with absolutely NO SATISFACTION whatsoever.

They have now had my money 4 months and I cannot get any satisfactory answers from anyone, not to mention my products I ordered.

Can anyone give me advice as to where to go from here.
