Directway satellite Internet service - unable to talk or have video conversations using standard MSN Messenger programming

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 8, 2002:

from: Email User re: direcway 1/2 internet service warning!!!!!!!!! before you buy a direcway satillite system, you better understand that you will not be able to talk or have vidio conversations with your frinds or family using standered msn messenger programing. i belive that this is true for all normal messenger systems.

this will not be told to you by direcway nor your installer. thier adds on direcway on drect tv states that it is compatible with most messenger systems, bull. i am allso looking for those people willing to join in a class action suit. allso need a good lawyer to help handle such class action.
