I bought a sofa for my mom, told them it must be delivered on her birthday (Aug 28) not before that day or after. They said no problem.
Also asked if she didn't like it could it be returned? They said no problem. The sofa did not arrive on time despite my frantic pleas. When it did show up it was the wrong color. I told them to pick it up, that took weeks and many calls.
Then they didn't give me my money back even though they kept saying that they would take care of it. Many phone calls and a month later they've not done anything.
