Bought a Kawasaki 4 wheel drive ATV (all terrain vehicle) March of 2001. Brought it in for the required routine service - came back with a stalling problem. Took it to another repair shop. Took it back to them - no better. Took it to another mechanic who said he could fix anything - replace the computer and fried it.
Charged us $450 for the computer which he said was bad but Kawasaki wouldnt replace- said then wanted to get another one to try! We took it home. Called Kawasaki - they said they wouldnt help as it was no longer under warranty. (even though the problem started when it was under warranty)
Wrote to Kawasaki president - no reply. We have a very new $4500 ATV that won't start and that no one can fix. Any advice as to where to go from here?
