WashWorld, Bronx River Ave., Bronx, NY - clothes removed from dryer and found ink on clothes

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 7, 2002:

RE: WashWorld, Bronx River Ave., Bronx, NY - clothes removed from dryer and found ink on clothes On October 6,2001., I went into WashWorld at 1274 Bronx River Ave, tohave my laundry done. I did the wash, and put my clothes to dry.

The dryer stopped,while removing my clothes I realize that ink is over them.I called over the lady who was in charge and showed her what had happened, she had to get someone to interpret spanish to english.

So, end resultwas that she gave me the phone number to call back the next day, so I did. I spoke to a person name Rose, she told me that there is nothing that is done when this happens, and I should write as a lost. I cant believe this.

Is there something that I can do to get compensation for my clothing.This laundry is located in the Bronx, at 10472.
