1999 Chrysler 300M - idle problems - engine just stopped at 70 MPH

advice please! bought used car 1999 chrysler 300m las july 25 ent back to dealer on Aug 15 for repair. Idle to high and motor just stop,in the middle of the road. Sept 2 back to dealer again for repair kept the car for a week to replaced parts. Sept 18 the engine stop again,back to the dealer kept for a week and they said its the battery.

ok dealer called time to pick up the car when we picked it up they said its not ready and the engine went down on them,further diagnose 2 days later they called again for picked up repair condition on the paper stated the battery is bad.

on October 2 we travel going back home,driving 70 miles per hour on the freeway motor stop almost got hit daughter got hurt because steering wheel is hard to operate and no brake back to dealer and we gave the car back, the have the possesion of the vehicle since October 3 nothing heard from them please advice what we can
