RE: Bill Heard Chevy, Sanford, FL - visited due to advertised special about no credit check, but credit check was performed To whom it may concern; I'm writing a complaint against Bill Heards Chevy. Today I drove from Daytona to Sanford for this special that was advertised in the classified section of our news journal. Well the add stated NO CREDIT CHECKS AUTOMATIC APPROVAL PLUS $29 TAX,TAG, TITLE NOT INCLUDED will get you in a car. Well after meeting w/ one of their associates and giving him my information the 1st thing he did was check my credit.
To which to my dismay i was astonished that the 1st thing they said they wouldn't do they did. The next thing the associate told me is that i would have to put money down on the car. As soon as I heard those two things I immediately left the dealership. During the application process the associate was not even aware of such promotion. He had a bewildered look and asked for the details of the ad. I had scheduled an appointment one associate and as soon as I got their I was passed off to another.
The associate who i had thee appointment didn't even remember scheduling the appointing I told him who i was his reaction is to our introduction was like, who? At any rate they employed the bait & switch tactic. The 1st associate(who I had an appointment with, Robert Glass) told me one thing, then the next thing I know someone's going into my credit evaluating it. That is my complaint, lying to me to get me over there then not even acknowledging the promotion exists.

What kind of business is that? I was highly upset, but they didnt care. I dont know what they really got out of that! They are unprofessional. Their "sales manager" Sammy is as getto as they come. In fact he was telling me that he had just gotten out of jail for having an unlicensed weapon in his car! WOW! Bill Heard sure knows how to pick em'!!
