From: John Zachariah [pacificbeachsandiego@yahoo.com] RE: Yahoo! - Apartment Rentals section - paid for premium $ 99 listing - but only received service equilavent to regular $ 30 listing
Dear Potential Yahoo customers. I recently advertised on Yahoo's classifieds. Yahoo has "Apartment Rentals" section. They usually charge 30 dollars for 21 days. However they have 99 dollar rate for a "Premium listing" which they promise that they put your ad on the top and a few more pictures. Well to make a long story short they took my 99 dollars (and it might be your 99 dollars in the future) in a matter of seconds my visa was charged, but, they only gave a 30 dollar listing which is fraud--Corperate fraud to be exact. IT has been days of calling them and being put on hold for hours, and emailing and getting the Yahoo robots that Yahoo calls "customer service". All I get is a denial that Yahoo would ever make a mistake, and that they refuse to refund or correct the error. I have spent 20 dollars on cell phone charges trying to call them, and have lost 100's of dollars of business because of Yahoo.
I make 8 dollars an hour and now can't pay the rent because they stole 99 dollars from me and have caused me to lose 100's of dollars.
