Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 30, 2002:

Prime TV had an offer that if you order direct TV through prime TV you get $150.00 rebate check. I filled it out and sent them all the info they needed that was in May.
I have wrote them numerous letters and called them numerous times but they keep giving me the run around and telling me to call back next month. I am tired of big corporations taking advantage of people like me.
I want this to stop and I want my money back. It has been 6months and I still haven't gotten a thing from them, it was supposed to take six weeks not six months and they keep giving me the run around. Please help....Yours truly, Ms. Gabriela Giresi
