OneStopPhoneShop - informed that cashback claim is no longer valid - upset with service received

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 2, 2002:

The attached file [not posted here] details the saga of my dealings with this company - I have now been informed that "the cashback claim is no longer valid. This is our final decision and I must advise you that we will not respond to any further correspondence on this matter"

I think it is appalling that they can treat customers in this way.
