RE: Cashnet - took out payday loan - but company withdrew wrong amount from account on payday I took a cash to payday loan from a company called Cashnet...I sent them a fax stating to take a certain amount out of my checking account on my payday....When that day came, instead of taking that certain amount, they took the full amount...
This has given me a negative balance as well as hurt my credit with other bill collectors who were expecting there money on that payday as well...I would like to know what can I do about this to make an example of this company so that it doesnt happen to another victim?
