I purchased a fan and condenser coil for my car in June, 2002. The coil was shipped to me damaged (which

later the owner, Bobby, admitted).

He refunded the cost of the parts, but I was stuck with the shipping charges incurred to have them shipped to me and then back to him.

He has refused to refund the S&H charges incurred by me after numerous complaints to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and Planet Feedback. My next step will be small claims court!

THIS IS THE FIRST I HEARD OF THIS. LOOKING THRU MY RECORDS, WE FIND OUT THAT THIS WAS A CASE OF THE CUSTOMER NOT NEEDING THE PART, WHICH WOULD BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER. WE CHECK ALL OF OUR PARTS BEFORE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1977 AND OUR TRACK RECORD IS VERY GOOD. WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE ARE CUSTOMERS SATISFIED AND TO WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH US AGAIN. SOME PEOPLE YOU WILL NEVER SATISFY, APPARENTLY THIS IS ONE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR LETTING ME REPLY, BOB
