I recently spent over $50 on a Hurley sweat shirt for my 10 year old daughter. After following their instructions on the tag I washed it in cold water and put it on the coolest setting, like I usually do when buying brand new sweaters.
Usually you get a little shrinkage in the sweaters, this time I got a shock, the sweater had shrunk about 20%, my daughter can't wear it comfortably now.
I've never had an item shrink so much like this one! This is ridiculous, after spending so much money, I'm really dissatisfied! I can't find any way to contact them, and I would appreciate any type of contact ph #, to complain.
