RE: LG India - 20 inch Golden Eye TV - trouble contacting service center for repair Hi

It is a very disappointing moment in which i have to write a complaint against LG India. I have a colour Tv 20 inches golden eye model purchased 3 years ago. Recently i started facing problems with the display and visual functioning of the TV.

I called up at my nearest service center. It took two days for me to get in touch with them since telephone lines were continously busy.

After i made the contact i received the complaint numbers and it took three days for the technician to reach my house. He rpaired it and made it functional and informed me that display ic is not working and he would inform me the exact cost of it since he didnt know the cost.

After that he didnt replied back and i am trying desparely to get in touch with the service center. But i couldnt get in touch Reason "NOBODY LIFTS THE TELEPHONE AT THE SERVICE CENTER" Isnt it ridiculous?

LG SErvice is pathetic. I am still trying two days have already passed.

could anyone help me out?

manoj

Hi,

I too have faced the same problem as Manoj but I got in touch with LG customer care (toll free) line where my complaint was registered for a Washing Machine which I bought through LG which is not working. My complaint was registered on 30th Nov but till today 5th Dec not a single person has got in touch with me. I repeatedly called the service centre no and they kept saying that the local service agent at B'lore (tel no: 41665859) will get in touch with me but no response. I made a call to this no on 1st dec and requested them to send me a technician but in vain. I made several desperate calls to LG (toll free no) and even told them that if no one came I would write it in the blogs as well as everywhere else possible and they promised someone would call me in the next 15 mins but no news still. This morning I called the same no (41665859) and requested to speak to their branch head named Muralidharan and as he was not in office I was given his cell no which he does'nt pick. If this is the service level why do you market your products for people to buy. We as consumers look for after sales service more than before buying the product. You should remember that if you cannot give after sales service to customers who have bought your product, then how do you expect them to buy more products from LG. Also word of mouth is the best way to market your brand and if you have customers unhappy with your service dont you think your customer level goes down. In today's competitive market you need to be more efficient while dealing with customers. I have a microwave from IFB and their service is excellent. They are there within 24 hrs of your call made.

LG SERVICE SUCKS AND I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING FOR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS
