hello and to whom it may concearn hello my name is jonelle and i live in bronx ny. I baught a pocket bike for $1400 dollars and spent more on maintaining it. now my problem is why sell these bikes in new york if were not allowed to ride them any where i mean no where

i have been pushed from ever place possiable i thaught i might be able to ride at but local enforcment has made sure to it that there not to be ridden any where so i went back to the store where i baught it and there was nothing the store owner could do but say good luck.

my point why let them be sold for such a large amount in newyork if there illeagal in new york to ride please help me
