Isn't funny how a train can derail in a residential neighborhood in the south of Mississippi and because no one was hurt, killed or maimed, it only gets 5 seconds on a news broad cast. My complaint is with CSX Transportation out of Florida. One of your trains derailed in my neighborhood right in front of my home......It has been over a week and a half and it is still here.

There were chemical cars that you claimed were EMPTY. How come then.............. did a hazardous waste management company come out and vacuum the empty cars out this week? The cargo that was being transported has just been removed from the cars. And still we wait. Did you know that it is an election year for Mayors. Ours will most definitely not be back.

An apology is in order from your company to the people of Waveland, Mississippi, you owe us that much. An explanation as to why this happened would be even nicer. I suppose we will all just keep wondering how a company that does as much business as you, does not know how to face the public when one o their engineers derails a train. What do you plan to do, when will you let the residents of Waveland know what really happened, and if it happens again will you apologize then? If your such a great company why don't you come on out and face the public. Your company sucks when it comes to handeling accidents. Why don't you pick up your telephone sometime and talk to the people.
