Deer Creek Products - paid for order in Aug., 2002 which is still not received

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 17, 2002:

In August i sent in an order with a promotion that Deer Creek Products were having, If you were one of the first 50 people to send this promotion in you would received a VCR, and along with that I placed an order for $65.00 worth of merchandise of which I have never received as of this day which is Oct. 17th., I called the company at area code 954 978-0597, it is a toll call I was on the phone for 30 min. before anyone answered, and was told by this lady that my order was shipped on Sept. 30th.

I still have not received anything, my acct. # is D670108, my check was cashed in August, I need someone to answer me "Quickly"
